UFW wins UK Merchant of the Year award

Congratulations to the entire UFW team on winning the UK Merchant of the Year award at the H&V News annual awards in London.
It marks the culmination of a successful year for UFW and is a reflection of dedication, quality and strengthening reputation.
UFW Limited was acquired by DCC New Energy in November 2011. It has successfully continued to grow sales of renewable energy products such as air and ground source heat pumps, solar PV, biomass as well as energy efficient underfloor heating products.
The 2012 H&V News Awards took place at The Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane. Over 1,000 heating and ventilation specialists attended with representation from the throughout the heating and ventilation industry. The awards recognise the top companies and individuals in the industry.
Dennis Flower, Editor of H&V News, reflected on the awards: "The event continues to represent the pinnacle of achievement for the winners, recording a 70% increase in entries over the last two years, and is underpinned by quality and integrity.”
This year’s charity partner was the British Lung Foundation.
